I have no idea what kind of work this company does because I couldn’t even get an estimate after having scheduled 2 appointments. The first one a very personable representative showed up but couldn’t give me an estimate. Then the owner didn’t show up when he was supposed to. I’d use a different company because this one might be too busy for more work.

“Attached” fliers to mailbox flags in the neighborhood, leaving more than half of them to flop around on the road. Grabbed one so I could come leave a review of this terrible practice.

Absolute disaster. They don’t do the work on a timely basis, multiple calls are needed to get them out at all. And then when it got to the biggest part of the work, they decided they wouldn’t perform the service. Oh–and while they did part of the service (after multiple calls to get them out to do it (why am I begging for service???), no pro-rata refund of the deposit for the portion of the work they did not perform. No invoice either, at the time, to evidence the work performed. If you like to work with people you can’t trust, knock yourself out and sign up with them. For me, I’ll look elsewhere. If I could give less than one star, I would.
