Showed up 3 hours late for estimate, didn’t give accurate estimate added a zero to original, lied about payment terms and the family member that answers the phone had a snotty attitude with my wife and myself, wouldn’t give owners email or phone to make complaint privately so leaving a public review so that way nobody else wastes there time with this company. Tony that came out was a nice guy but the entitled woman in the office doesn’t know how to talk to customers or handle invoices correctly. I’m sure she is the same snotty person that responds to the reviews too, look at her previous responses and you can tell she has an attitude. Don’t waste your time lots of better options with more transparent pricing.

If you are debating on this company and another for landscaping go with this one. The owner is super nice and knowledgable. The company took under a week from when I picked out my palm tree to install it. I am so happy with the company that I will be using them again to landscape the rest of my yard. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Worst Lawn Care Service EVER!! They cut our internet cable 3 times. We took great care to have the cable buried, and a cap for the connection to our house. Showed them where it was located, AND they still cut it with their blades!! No apologies from them, nor did they offer to pay xfinity the fee that they’ll charge to come out again and repair it. Stay away from this company. Wish we had.

Ok Inconsistent in lawn care. Poor communication My First & last time using this company : When I initially called to make my appointment I asked for ONE lawn mow, hedge trim, and leaf blow. But was signed up for the month (which only ended up being 2 services) which costed 140$ I was not asked to confirm if I wanted just one , but instead receptionist signed me up for what she wanted . I was also told men would be on my lawn for 1hr, but that was not the case Then, there was no window for a time I could expect for service only a date. I was told I was signed up for the month every Tuesday, but ended up finding out it was only 2x First mow was great since I had been away from home for a month, (except for the fact that my fern was cut). They mowed some invasive grass bulbs down, and got the lawn low, which was nice 2nd mow , was not as low and had pieces still sticking up from lawn. Did not spend as much care and time on lawn today

I love that G&G attends to the needs of my yard, with attention to my specifics. Angel and his team are courteous and friendly! (I have referred them to many!) The icing on the cake is G&G’s care of employee teams – there is no work/mowing when the temperature is over 90! I’m so glad and impressed! Now here’s a conscientious and humane company! -G&G!

Without question, Gabe and Gabby are very hands-on and responsive when you need them. They genuinely care about their customers! Their team consistently show up as scheduled week after week. You can count on them…PLUS…they do a great job! I highly recommend G & G Garden and Lawn Care.

We quoted out the work to several companies, and, frankly they were all pretty much in the same price range. The estimator, Tony from G&G seemed most pleasant and had the right answers and suggestions so we gave the job to G&G. My wife and I cannot emphasize enough the quality and attention to detail that the crew put into the job. Tony was here through every step overseeing every aspect; nothing was too much to ask. They went above and beyond at every turn. Trimmed trees, pulled bushes, grinded every little bump and stump. Tony spent the entire day with his crew and worked along side them till the end of a very long day and a job so well done . I can give this company my highest recommendation. Thank you G&G and Tony and his crew. We could not be more pleased with your work and sense of pride you displayed in wanting to see a job completed to perfection.
