Both the design (M. Rubino) and implementation of our back yard landscaping by Carlos Martin’s masons and gardeners are outstanding. The first year, they planted a hill side that we had previously mowed. This year we further reduced the mowed area and it is beautiful and we enjoy looking at it and maintaining it. Pictures can’t do it justice. Take it from us, this team does a wonderful job.

Carlos and the team were more than I could have asked for. I was almost wary before embarking on the work, because they quoted a price significantly below those quoted elsewhere. Every aspect of the work of of the highest quality. I had my own landscape designer – Carlos and the team worked with her to implement the vision, even when some of the plants weren’t available (they were able to think on their feet while soliciting the feedback they needed). The job was done efficiently, and to a very high standard. I’ll without a doubt work with Carlos again should the need arise.

Carlos and his team just completed a major overhaul of our backyard. After a tree fell in January we decided it was time to remove the remaining mature white pines (40’ plus). This left our back slope a mess. Carlos’s bid to replant the slope, add a retaining wall, Re-grade the yard, address drainage and remove and replace overgrown arborvitae hedge was extremely competitive. His team removed the overgrown hedge and planted 14 young trees (2-3 years old). The river rock drainage they installed for the rear slope and walkway at the side of our home look beautiful. His team worked diligently and were very respectful. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Job very well done and happy customer.

Carlos and his team did a wonderful job on my landscaping project. They installed a new sidewalk and connected my downspouts to underground drains. My neighbors on both sides of me commented on how respectful, diligent, and hard working the crew was. Carlos answered all my questions right away. Attention to detail! I generally don’t write reviews, but have to give Carlos and his team credit! Carlos is responsive, so lovely to work with, and did an amazing job with our new patio and plants! We plan to go to him with all of our landscaping needs from now on. We could not recommend him highly enough.
