I signed up for their mowing and seasonal treatment program this year but unfortunately had to let them go in less than two months. The staff members are pleasant to work with and the mowing is great. However, for some reason they keep rescheduling my spring treatment on the day before. After being pushed out for 3 weeks, I called them about this situation and the agent promised to note my concern and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Unfortunately, the treatment was pushed out twice more after the phone call. With no idea when they will show up, I eventually terminated the program.
