Not recommended for mowing at all. Work is haphazard and only half completed. In short, if they can’t get it with a riding mower, it’s probably not getting cut. They didn’t weedwhack for the first three months and said it was because I was doing yardwork. Meanwhile my yard looked like an overgrown mess. They didn’t mow any part of the yard where they couldn’t use a riding mower. They billed me a different amount every time they came out, despite having an agreed upon price for a routine mow. When I verified the amount with them, they continued to bill the wrong amount. They didn’t communicate when their vacation interfered with the scheduled mow, so instead of asking what I would like to do, they tried to come out three weeks in a row on an every other week job. The final straw was the enormous rut they put in my yard with their riding mower in a low spot they’d been over all year (so not a surprise). They didn’t tell me about it, and they didn’t offer to fix it, but instead made snide comments about time wasted getting equipment unstuck when I brought it up. I think their decision to move away from residential mowing is a good call. Commercial lots tend to be flatter and that’s about all they can handle. Edited to add photos of the “bandaid” that made a wide passover to provide access to the backyard. Mows were set up as every other week. The only scheduled mow that was cancelled was when they tried to come out for the third week in a row, despite having an every other week agreement. Mows were cancelled in September to allow new grass to grow. The crew was never asked to mow around the pile of trimmed branches.

These folks are awesome! I finally found an honest and fair lawn service company to put my trust in! You HAVE to use this team and their services! They are TOP NOTCH professionals! I called them at the last minute, hoping they could squeeze in a one time lawn service to help my parents out and man, did they deliver! Not only was the initial conversation easy going and cooperative, they were able to make the job work out quickly and at a reasonable fair price! If I ever need these services again, I would absolutely call them every single time AND I will be highly recommending this company to everyone! Thank you for your help! Will never forget it! 🙂

Job looked bad I was not there when they did it but when I got there it looked a mess then I talked to a neighbor and he said they didn’t use a Mower they weed wacked everthing

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mogel’s. They were flexible in their scheduling options, professional in their work, and are top-notch when it comes to communication. I always knew when they were scheduled to arrive and received alerts when they had completed their work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable lawn care service.
