Just watched a guy in one of your red ford pickups try and score drugs from the tweaks at Walgreens at 8am. Gotta start the day out right I guess. He about ran into a car speeding out of the parking lot headed down pacific towards Spanaway. My guess is he was upset the answer was no.

New Dimension was fantastic from the conception of the job to the finish. I had a basic idea of what I wanted and they helped me come up with a backyard that we love. The communication and quality were better than we ever hoped for. I would definitely refer them and use them again on a future project. 6th pic is the before photo.

Looked to do a major remodel of the back yard. We looked at several companies and decided to go with New Dimension…best choice we could have made. Tabitha, our main office contact, was responsive, informative and attentive. Junior ran the site crew and was a great advisor and talked about things we didn’t need and items we may have over looked. The crew was professional, clean and worked quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the process or the result.

I have been using New Dimension Lawn & Landscape since 2009. I would NEVER change as they are the BEST of the BEST! I consistantly get compliments and asked who does my lawn. Originally, I asked them to completely “rearrange” my landscaping when I purchased my home as it was a mess. It turned out spectacular! I have them maintain the front of my subdivision and road leading to my home as well as my lawn. Again, “who does your landscaping?” A few weeks ago, I had them come and “clean up” the road/easement that runs through my property, which involved edging, weed eating, preparation for laying rock edging. 2 days later, I can’t say enough about the work they did! The word “STUNNING” was said by one neighbor! PLEASE, don’t look any further, as you won’t find a better, more accommodating, professional operation. From the owners, office staff, and of course, the workers/employees, simply stated, THE BEST EVER! Thank you to EVERYONE at New Dimension!!!

New Dimension Lawn and Landscape put in a 700 square foot putting green for us. They were very professional.The crew arrived early every day and worked diligently to complete it. We couldn’t be happier with the final Project!

Hard working and personable. Did an excellent job installing artificial turf in the front of our house. After looking for a while for a contractor to take on a small job, they accepted and followed through. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tried doing business with them. They quoted me $1,200 for an upfront service and the salesman said they could adjust the weekly service to less frequent intervals (weekly was waaaaay unnecessary and $400 per month way unreasonable for my property). I was emailed my quote and of course it was for weekly service, so I called while on my way there to pay them cash, up front (they require a *cash* payment, up front which is shady, imo). I asked if I could have that reduced to bi-weekly or less (which is was supposed to have already been quoted for) and the girl there said she would talk to someone and get back to me. I called half an hour later (still driving) and the girl who I’d just spoke to, had no idea who I was or what we had talked about just 30 minutes ago. I asked that they get back to me when they figure out what they are doing, turned around and went home. A week later, yesterday, I called to see if I could at least get some of the upfront work done. Again, the girl told me she needed to talk to her boss and they would call me back. Well, one thing they are consistent with is the meaninglessness of their phone calls. Of course I have never heard back. If they had called back, I was actually prepared to just pay whatever they wanted and just cancel the contract, later, but they apparently dont like money. Either way, I would never hand over that much cash to a business that isnt even willing to communicate or follow through BEFORE getting paid. Can’t imagine the nightmare had I already paid them.
