I had an incident with don tree service on 3/13/24 I accidentally drove over a cone. As I was removing the cone from underneath my car. One of his employees started to scream and verbally attack me …(Extremely unprofessional) as he approach me I notice he was intoxicated ( eyes red and slurring his words ) that’s when dom the owner running from his truck wondering what’s going on. Once I mentioned to dom (THE OWNER) he’s employee is drunk. The employee try to push me. Not even a apologize for his employee action. That says he knew his employee was under the influence. All of a sudden DOM what’s to talk to me and trying to be my friend. He didn’t say anything to his employee. That call the office letting them know about the incident and not even a response back. GREAT JOB DOM !!!

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unsafe. Dom’s tree service rep was yelling in people’s faces threatening that he would not do his job unless we got into our vehicles and moved them WHILE a huge fallen tree was still on top. No regard for individual’s safety and instructing us to directly put ourselves in danger. I would never recommend this company to anyone, it was a horrible experience all around.

I called Dom this morning to trim back some branches that were touching the roof. He was able to stop by 30 minutes later to provide an estimate. His crew then completed the work later that day! Dom was an absolute pleasure to work with. His estimate was fair and his team did a great job. Upon completion, they cleaned the area and everything looked great. I’ll certainly call Dom again in the future. Highly recommended!

Don’s Tree Service was great! Spoke with Dom about our arborvitae’s that had fallen over from the severe winds these last few weeks. His team of professionals were quick to arrive to save our arborvitae’s. Thanks so much Dom.

When I needed help most, Dom was there. Like the man, the main man Dom. He is literally a legend to Port Washington! I was in quiet a pickle and I wouldn’t know what I’d do without Venessa, and Doms help! Same day, not even in an hour was able to help me, with a quick affordable estimate. I will always recommend Dom to anyone needing tree services !
