We recently had landscaping work done by Willets Nursery. Dave Willet came out to our home for an initial consultation. He gave the best recommendations for trees specific to our backyard beauty and privacy plan. Once the job started, Dave and David were phenomenal as a team. They have so much experience working together and it shows! In just three days, they cleared sod, laid fabric, planted 16 beautiful trees and spread river rock on three sides of our home. The finished product looks fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Dave and David and we definitely recommend them! Call Willets Nursery for all your landscaping needs!

Willits nursery was the best!!! Dave and David were so helpful to me. I am inexperienced with trees and plants, and new to the area/weather. I needed to work with a company that could guide me in making the right choices and tell me where to plant my trees. They did not pressure me to buy more or up charge me. They were honest and had my best interest in mind. Together we discussed trees and I made my selection. They also did the installation working with my fence and yard. There were no issues or messed up grass. I am so thankful to have such beautiful trees in my yard now! After the trees were planted, I had a question two weeks later. They came over to look at the trees, and to be sure everything was still OK. Excellent customer service!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!!! After numerous consultations and careful consideration, we chose Willits Nursery to plant a combination of Green Giant and Hetz Wintergreen arborvitae trees in my backyard for privacy (total of 45 trees). Mr. Willits has such a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 50 years. He provided an on-site consultation and helped us decide which trees would work best in our specific space. We also visited his nursery/property to get an idea of what the trees would look like at full maturity. He even came out to inspect the trees a few weeks after the first 28 were planted to ensure there were no initial concerns. He answered all of our questions in great detail and advised us to call anytime with any additional questions or concerns. Mr. Dave Willits and Dave Johnson worked together diligently to provide exactly what we envisioned and the result is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you for making our vision come to life!!

ABOVE & BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS (and talk about “going the extra mile”!!!) – My husband and I sought Dave out to remove landscaping from our front yard that was terribly aged, over 20 yrs. old and overgrown and just no longer “fit the space” in which it was originally planted. He gave our front lawn a well needed “face-lift”. Now it’s fresh, clean, has beautiful curb-appeal so to speak. We ALSO purchased 4 green giant Arborvitae trees to be planted out back, along the fence line, to not only provide some privacy, but to replace a 20+yr. old spruce, and the stump to another one that had been cut down, without our knowledge and never properly removed, leaving an eye sore to say the least. Dave was so very detailed and knew exactly what he wanted to do for us, he never waivered from his decisions or the landscaping plan he proposed, which was reassuring to us, and which also showed GREAT confidence on his part (that obviously came from almost 50yrs. of experience, and we appreciated that!!!) He was prompt, stayed in communication with us, and Dave and the other gentleman that works with him, “cleaned up” after themselves, meticulously. I mean, you would have not otherwise known they were ever here…other than the beautiful landscaping that they left behind. We can’t wait to see our front yard blossom over the next couple of years, and even more so to see our Arborvitae mature. When our project was concluded, Dave extended himself, not only in the immediate future, should we have any questions or concerns, but he said, whether it’s next year, or the year after, or the year after that…YOU CALL ME!!! This is the second time we’ve worked with Dave. On both occasions he has more than exceeded our expectations. Within a week of making our initial inquiry Dave had planted 15 trees and planted grass seed. Dave is certainly an expert with many years of knowledge. Highly recommend Willits Nursery.

I am a gardener and Willits Nursery made it possible for me to enjoy my hobby. After we moved into our new home with its builder provided landscaping, I tried to plant some flowers but discovered that there is no dirt under the mulch in the flower beds just clay, really hard clay and lots of rocks. Dave Willits gave us a well thought out landscaping plan which included replacing the clay in the new flower bed with actual DIRT! Willits’s solution to our ‘dirt’ problem, the quality of the trees, bushes and rocks they installed, including space for perennials beds, has given us a lovely yard. Willits Landscaping’s work ethic is excellent and they are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company.
