Witnessed a driver for this company road rage on E470 and nearly cause multiple accidents. You should be professional at all times when representing a company. I will not consider using this company based on the actions of this employee.

Kerry did an initial inspection of our property, specifically looking at our trees and shrubs, and spent a good deal of time explaining what he was looking at before making a recommendation for treatment. I felt he did not try to upsell me on his service. I have been very happy with their service.

Kerry is nothing but professional and is very intelligent. He has been taking care of our trees and lawn for the past 5 years. He is honest with his findings and has done nothing but improve our properties.

We have used Cypress for several years now. Kerry and Cheryl are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and responsive. Further, they really brought our grass back to life. We continued to use them upon moving to a new house that had many mature trees and bushes. Kerry kindly walked the yard with me and named all the many varieties and what I could expect from them. Our grass looks so good that our next door neighbors began using Cypress too.

Kerry is a delight to work with. He’s professional, easy to communicate with, and does a superb job. Never had a better looking lawn. We have a lot of lawn, and he handles all the chemical needs: fertilization, weed control, mite control, fungicide, and revitalizer. He also aerates the lawn in the spring. This is a large collection of tasks that I no longer need to be concerned about. I was never very good about remembering the schedule for each treatment, remembering to search out and buy the materials (and having to store them), adjusting the spreader correctly, etc. Some of the treatments are done with a truck-mounted sprayer, which I couldn’t afford and would have no place to store. I highly recommend this service!

Kerry is very knowledgeable and friendly. Cypress Lawn and Tree Care has a small business, personal care feel with a very organized and well communicated service schedule and very friendly. They are way better than Swingle and another local company here in Aurora. I’ve used them for over 5 years on our ash trees to keep the ash-borers at bay.
