I really needed help with getting my pool leveled and setup! I called Tri-State Outdoor Living & The very next day Cody called me from this company & was very professional and answered all my questions. Cody discussed My pool size what I wanted etc. and all the information I needed done!! He was very genuine and really cared about what I wanted and the timeframe. The prices were great and I’m so glad that I had them help me with my pool and Leveling! If I could give them10 stars I would! Cody, I’m still waiting for a reply for when you will be repairing my sprinkler system. can you provide info on which sprinkler companies you sent to my residence. I can show you the statements, for the sprinkler system being used, from the village where i live. The Better Business Bureau tried to contact you as well and you never responded to them.

What a great experience! After installing a in ground pool, another landscaping came in and half fast our backyard project. With the help of Cody, Tri State came in, fixed the landscaping issues, and met all our expectations. Jose was there everyday to answer all our questions, and address our concerns. Highly recommended company!

Absolute TOP NOTCH extremely professional service. Did my house landscape lights, and laid brick by my fence that my dogs had turn to mud. Both jobs turned out beautifully! Cody came back on his own at night the same day to ensure the lights were working. He was as excited about the job as I was. I cant say enough about the great work, outstanding customer service and overall wonderful experience with this company!

Tri-State Outdoor Living did an incredible job at my house in Frankfort, IL. They constructed a stunning two-tier paver patio, complete with steps on each side, a seating wall, and a nice black border. Cody and Jose cleverly proposed covering my concrete front stoop with pavers, an affordable option that looks fantastic. They also generously planted a few bushes and plants in my landscape at no extra cost! A big shoutout to the entire Tri-State Outdoor Living team! I’m already scouting my yard for more projects to have them back in the spring.

The Tri-State Outdoor Living crew did an amazing job! They built a beautiful patio by the water with a neat sitting wall and installed pretty cobbles stones around my entire Lake front. They made a fun beach for my family and added a great walkway to my front door, plus new mulch and edging around all landscape. They even fixed up 10 steps from the water and repaired my kitchen. They’re located one hour and 30 minutes away in Chicago but were always on time. I paid a bit more for their travel, but it was so worth it. A big thank you to Tri-State for making my place wonderful!
