I live on Longview and one of there employees came flying down my street with the gas pedal all the way down, you could hear the way the rpm was revved so high, my eyes aren’t radar eyes but I’m a pretty good judge of speed and he was doing at least 45 with the gas pedal floored, I called and talked to a lady there and let her know,I hope something was done, I live on a street the runs into the county park, therefore lots of kids and a 25 mph speed limit….

I’ve used Sharp Lawn for our Christmas lights installation up for about four years and they do a good job. I decided last summer to give them an opportunity to take care of my front yard landscaping and it’s obvious I’m not a big or important customer to them. Steve the owner really knows his stuff which is great. Unfortunately, it seems it’s the other staff or back office that can’t get their act together. I’m promised 2-3 weeks for them to come out for fall landscape clean-up, had to call twice, and 5 weeks later they came out. I decided to employ them again for our 2023 Spring yard clean up and even called early in March 2023 to get on the list, Steve came out, we confirmed 3 weeks, I’m now sitting at five weeks even after we called the office and they told it me it would be early to mid last week. Unfortunately, I thought since I was giving them my business for Christmas lights yearly which isn’t cheap, I would be treated more like a valued customer but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I would recommend for Christmas lights but steer clear from other jobs unless you want to take on the work of constantly following up with their team to confirm when they’ll be out and how far off they are from their original estimated time.

Here is it… December 2, and our Christmas lights are still not installed. We always turn everything on by Dec 1. I’ve called twice and always some lame excuse. Also we paid upfront back in the summer.

These folks put in a paver patio at my home. There are three areas where the pavers have dropped, specifically one area of about 25 to 30 square feet is particularily bad. The water ponds badly in two of the three areas. I had them give me an estimate for repair. I have followed up multiple times to try to get them to fix these areas. I have talked to Alex, who always answers the phone, requesting that Steve the owner or Ryan, the owner’s son, get back to me to schedule a time for repair. Multiple calls have been made and each time I talk to Alex, she says she’s passing the request to Ryan. No responses from the owner Steve or his son Ryan.

A patio was installed and landscaping done. Brian and crew did a wonderful job on my patio. They were very particular and wanted to make sure everything was done right. Dominick oversaw the landscaping and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very pleasant to work with and wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He told me he would see that I was pleased and he was right. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful job!

They were very responsive. Scott came out to give us an estimate. He was friendly enough. He said he would get back to us the same day, he wanted a colleague to look at our project. That is where good ended. He never came back nor would he return and of our calls. It was the most unprofessional experience we have had in a long time. We never did get an estimate explanation or anything else, he just left us hanging,

Since they have someone in a Red Jeep with Sharp Lawn Care on the side driving 20 mph over our speed limit in our neighborhood (Spindletop) I wont be using them. Slow down our kids and dogs are out. Its summer, you should know that.
