I found the technician to be very unprofessional. He tried to push us into more expensive upgrades and even asked my wife for a tip. I would say 60% of the dirt was removed and several stains left. I was given no written estimate and also no invoice or receipt. Had to call office to have one sent.

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! What this company does is contract 3rd party companies, today my timeline was from 1pm to 3pm, didn’t show up till 352pm. One bedroom and living room decent size. At 416pm he said he was done, kitchen floors all wet, and front door soaked. We had agreed on a deep cleaning, same 2 stains I wanted out didn’t even try, carpet is soaked.Tried calling the company back to file a complaint, gave me a supervisor number that doesn’t even work…avoid please do

Couch is still wet since tech came out. Tech left after I paid and left all the dirty water from the machine on the my hardwood floor and entrance.he left my front door wide open and didn’t even notify me he was done or any direction on what I needed to do or how long it needed to dry for. I called customer service and they say there’s nothing they can do and a supervisor would call me. It’s been a day and he hasn’t called back and the number I was given is to an phone that is completely turned off. In the process of steaming my couch they got my rug wet so that’s still been drying since yesterday. I asked then to send another tech to dry out my furniture and they said there’s nothing they can do and hang up on me.
