Ryan and his guys did a fantastic job!!!! I had them remove a huge oak tree as well as grinding the stump. The price was beyond fair for this big tree removal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ryan’s team did a great job they came on time. They worked very quickly and you wouldn’t even have known they were there. It was seven trees altogether, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Ryan did. He came out to grind an oak stump that was in the way of our driveway widening project. The stump was raised and our description/photos didn’t do the job justice. Ryan honored the price he quoted and competed the job quickly on a Tuesday evening. Fast forward to the following Saturday and we realized that the stump was not ground down low enough to lay the new pavers. We reached out and Ryan (on a weekend) was there as soon as he could be. We were able to complete our project on time and without any additional cost. Excellent customer service!

It’s not just the work; how you’re treated matters, and unfortunately, respect seems to be lacking here. Quote Changed Like the Weather The deal seemed sweet at first, with a quote that I thought was fair. However, as the job went on, the price started to climb. What was initially a competitive estimate quickly ballooned, ending up significantly higher than we’d agreed. This wasn’t a minor change but a substantial hike that left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. A Personal Story of Frustration Let me share a bit more about my ordeal. I was excited to give my backyard a new look and thought “Trees n Stumps” could deliver. The initial quote was within my budget, but by the job’s end, the cost had jumped by 50%. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, hoping for understanding or at least a compromise, the conversation turned sour. I was met with hostility, making an already stressful situation even worse. Why This Matters to You Choosing someone to work on your yard shouldn’t be this hard. You want to trust that the price you’re quoted is the price you’ll pay, and that you’ll be treated with respect throughout the process. Ryan has done a couple of tree trimming jobs for us now (palms and hardwoods) … both were completed quickly and were cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommended.
