We had a very devastating event occur late at night and needed help with biohazard cleanup. I contacted Trent at 1am and he answered the phone and was extremely sensitive to our situation. He offered to pull a crew together in the middle of the night to help, but we determined it could wait until the next morning. By 8:30am the next day, Scott and his crew showed up and explained exactly what had to be done. They did their best to conserve what they could and were done within 4 hours. Scott informed us that our homeowners insurance might cover it and took information to submit a claim. It was a huge relief to have it taken care of immediately and Trent, Scott and their crew were so kind and sympathetic and easy to deal with.

I just want to say thank you, Steri-Clean, for all your help!! The technicians, Scott and Brandon, serviced our residence with a rodent issue by cleaning a crawl space and sanitizing it thoroughly. During the process I was given updates and provided with useful and insightful information. They are both great guys. Both were courteous, professional, and very respectful. They are hard workers! I would 100% recommend those two and Steri-Clean to anyone I know. Thank you guys again!
