Had trouble connecting, as they’re short staffed but once Malcolm came out I was so pleased and impressed with his expertise!

Had a tree removed two years ago. Did a good job.” This week called them or left a message at least 5 times. This was about taking out another tree. No one answer the calls or answered my e-mails. They could have at least talked to me. I got another firm.

Asked them to stop by to give a quote. They never showed up so called again 2 days later. They scheduled a time to stop by and look at what needed to be trimmed and told me they would email a quote within a few days. But I have been waiting over a week with no quote. Obviously they don’t care about customer service. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have hired Malcolm and his crew twice and each time they exceeded my expectations. They show up and get the job done – no complications or excuses! I was also very pleased with the fair pricing for each job.

I would recommend Malcolm and his team to complete any tree work you need. They are busy so it might take a few days to get back to you but I was pleased that when I heard back from my message they had already gone by our property to look at the work and were able to provide a quick quote. Then they were able to squeeze us in a few weeks before they thought which was wonderful as we were waiting on the tree trimming to be complete before we could move on to the next part of our fence project. Alex, Tony and Scott did a great job with the trimming – it looks great and I was super pleased with the great clean up they did as well as all the safety precautions they took. They even used boards to protect our yard from the heavy trucks so you couldn’t even tell they had been there once they were done. Malcolm was responsive to emails and calls, and quickly answered all my questions. Overall this is a professional team who knows what they are doing. Look no further if you have tree needs!
