Clearly Diana Pierce is very confused about exactly what the company name is that she allegedly wrote payment checks to & signed a contract with for snowplowing services. It`s very interesting but disturbing reading Diana`s review especially because NSYS does not– and never has plowed snow or provided service for any condo or apartment properties!!! NSYS plows snow at single family residential houses and some small parking lots only. Furthermore Bobcat = skid steer loader machines, are NOT owned or leased by NSYS!!! NSYS plows snow only with 4×4 pickup trucks.False allegations without any merit whatsoever.

I am the director of a large condo complex, the first year we had them for snow removal they did an ok job, except that they kept hitting and damaging the garages with their Bobcat and did not do any repairs. The other problem we had was that he did not have a large enough crew to do our large complex. We decided to give them another chance this yaer after talking to the owner about the issues we had. This year was the worst snow removal we have ever had!! With 8-10 inches of snow they didn’t come out for almost 2 days, with a crew of only 3 people, and 2 old decrepit snow blowers that broke down after an hour, then the crew left and didn’t come back until the next day. Alot of side walks missed with the crew stating they didn’t know where to go because nothing had been “staked”. They are throwing salt by hand, because I was told thay dont have ant salt spreaders
