They don’t honor their quotes, agreed to their quote and was told job would be scheduled the next week. After three weeks of very little communication and being pushed back week after week, they told me that they couldn’t do the job for the price both sides agreed to. Now they want me to pay more for the job. Their edging and mulching is horrible as well. Whoever does the edging must be drinking on the job, none of the lines are straight nor deep. Most of the edging is jagged or rolled over. They don’t put enough mulch down either, there’s bare spots, and now I have weeds and grass growing everywhere they put mulch down. I’ve already gone through 2 gallons of weed killer.

Update: After installing the patio around my pool, Heidrich Landscaping came back to complete the landscaping. Brian assured me the project would be complete by Memorial Day and his crew worked through the rain to be sure the project was done in time! It looks beautiful and Brian came back many times to discuss our plan to be sure everything was perfect. Shannon was very knowledgeable about all of the plants and helped with our selection. My backyard looks amazing! Brian is one of the best in the business. Over the past few years Heidrich Landscaping has installed a paver patio and walkway, a ledgestone wall on the front of my house and most recently another patio around my pool. Brian has also completed numerous landscaping projects around my property. Brian’s crews are professional and prompt and never leave a mess behind. I have recommended him many times to friends and neighbors who have always been happy.

We had part of our lawn flooding post rain storms. We called Brian at Heidrich to give his opinion on installing French drains to help drain the area faster. The estimate was a fair price and Brian felt the drains could help the situation. Nick arrived with a few workers and they carefully dug out sections to install 7 long drains for us. They worked carefully around our sprinkler system and ensured the drains were installed properly. So far so good! The drains are working! I recommend Brian and his team. We would use them again for a project.

The crew at Heidrich Landscaping did a great job on our backyard patio. We started planning with Shannon and she took down all of the details we requested and this was followed by the owner, Brian, who came to our home to go over everything planned. On the day the job started, Brian set his crew up and explained everything to be accomplished. The crew worked very efficiently and after two days, the job was completed. The owner Brian came by to see the finished product and make sure we were completely satisfied with the work done. The patio looks great and we look forward to enjoying the added space in our backyard. I would definitely recommend Heidrich Landscaping . They listen to the customer, make a plan, and deliver with great results!
