I live in Everglades Lakes mobile home community and they have tried to contact this company several times because they ripped the wires out of my air conditioning but the company does not respond and when I try and respond to them myself it goes straight to voicemail. No response to the damage they’ve done or trying to repay the invoice.

The take care of the lawns and common area’s at The Arbor’s where we live. Got to be the worst lawn care company on the planet. The leave clippings in the mulch, don’t edge properly and leave big ruts in grass where Zero Turn Lawn Mower is driven too quickly. Employee’s don’t take pride in work and there is a different crew almost everytime they come…… No sense of ownership. 4 years later and they still suck!

Do not buy a home in Coral springs if innovative ground management is maintaining your property because you will be paying for services not rendered.!!

damaged my vehicle by throwing gravel on the paint I have not heard back from the owners yet but I will be filing criminal charges against them for destruction of private property

This company simply became too large to provide quality service or care about its individual clients. As a commercial landscaping company, they maintain contracts which are extremely hard to sever. There’s no impetus for them to try. I will work with my HOA to end our relationship with IGM and look for a company that still puts its customers first.
