I am very pleased of the work VM Drainage did in my house. We had water leak in the basement and the solution was to have a French drains in the back and side yard as well as other underground pipes from the sump pump and a downspout. To do all that the Baltazar team had to remove and reinstall flagstone tiles and they performed perfectly well. Thank you.

VM Drainage & Erosion did an excellent job resolving our backyard drainage issues and rebuilt a water-damaged window well. After talking with several companies, VM Drainage suggested the best solution at a competitive price. The crew was very professional and completed all of the work in 3 days. Once the work was completed, the basement sump pump ran significantly less often than before during heavy rains. I highly recommend them.

Baltazar and his team did a great job helping me with a multi-family rental property I have in Maclaren Va. He helped remove all the trees, install a water drainage system, clean the exterior of the house and clean the gutters, and fix and waterproof the foundation. I definitely recommend him, his team, and his company for any exterior project you may have and hope to use them again in the future.
