Too expensive for my small yard. Weeds still around and techs don’t get to the sides of the yard

I have called multiple times and left now 3 messages and yet no returns. It seems the only way to get a reaction at this rate is leaving a review that reflects the negative. 5 stars for all the previous years but this year is absolutely dreadful! We have kept with TDI since we have had them since closing on our home in 2018 to really get the yard established. This year yes we understand some areas may have some frost damage but the weeds are out of control! We never had a fraction of the weeds we have now especially in the backyard. The front yard is getting just as bad I feel like everyday I’m pulling more and more weeds. The grass is not becoming lusher or greener it’s becoming much thinner and more dead like. I have other neighbors who have been having the same issues this year and they have neen told it’s because fairway lawns bought them out and have changed the formula for treatments. But then there are also other neighbors who are not having these issues at all. Hopefully we get a solution soon because at this rate I’m about to rip up my whole yard and start again without help.

Service has gone completely downhill since the start of 2024. They don’t even treat anymore. Weeds in yard very abundant when they never were before, and bugs have returned. Easy choice to switch to another company when there are so many of them that do this.

TDI has been struggling for a few years for us. We haven’t had consistently nice grass in several years. Last year we had streaks of nice lush green grass almost obvious of where treatment had been placed. The only time we would have a nice result is when we would call and complain and they would come do a treatment. This year we are overrun with weeds everywhere but the front yard. So it was obvious the rest of the yard (side and back) was not treated. We finally decided to cancel.

They treated my yard once. No results and no follow up. They were supposed to come again and never set an appointment. Called me two months later saying we can restart the process. No thanks!

My yard is full of weeds . You said your service eradicates these weeds . We have used you for years but your service has gotten terrible .thats a lot of money for people on a fixed income to pay and not get what they pay for . This my second complaint . If things doesn’t Change I will be dropping this service . EliseThornton.

Carlos is amazing and kind. I have not met one bad tech since working with this company. The staff are the office is also super nice and find ways to make sure everything gets done fast. Thank you TDI

We have been exceptionally pleased with the lawn care services provided by TDI over the past eleven years, particularly due to the dedication and expertise of our technician, Tyler. Despite a brief period where he was reassigned to a different route, we are delighted to have him back on our lawn and the difference in its appearance is remarkable. Our gratitude extends to Tyler for his commitment to our lawn’s health and appearance.
