Kapps’s Cleveland branch is absolutely awesome. My lawn was in really bad shape just 3 months ago. With their applications and instruction now it looks great!!! Not only does my lawn look great but the technician , the management as well as the customer service dept are great as well. Good going Kapps.

My lawn is weed free and healthy. Without Kapp’s, it would be full of weeds and grubs or other turf-eating pests we’ve dealt with in the past. It’s a huge relief not to have to worry about that, and it adds a lot to the curb appeal. Buying all the products and treating the lawn ourselves is just as expensive so it’s a great value!

Kapps has always been responsive and professional. Of the 30+ years I have owned my property they are the best lawn service provider I have utilized. When issues arise, they handle them quickly and to my satisfaction.

Had been using Kapps for years. Liked the service. They switched to paperless billing and I had a $70 outstanding balance that I was unaware of until they called. I told the representative that I would prepay for the season and pay that outstanding balance. She told me it was fine. Then, Kapps sent the $70 to collections. I have a bill collector calling and sending bills. Completely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for years.

I had them treat the lawn. And had more dead yard then good and a lot of weeds after they started. It killed a lot of the lawn now I have to bring in dirt and reseed.
