Great experience. Called em, had it scheduled. The day before they came they invoiced for payment. I got the cheaper pine straw so I knew it would have some pine cones and sticks in the bales like all the short straw bales do from anyone, so if you want ones without upgrade to the tall straw type. Am happy though!

Our small 55+ community recently contracted with Pine Straw Depot to deliver and install 1500 bales of pine straw around 48 units and in all common areas. The company promised to deliver and install the pine straw on an agreed upon date. They arrived as promised and worked all day to distribute the straw. Several men worked tirelessly to get the bales down, make sure all areas were covered well and then did a great job with the clean-up. The price was reasonable as compared with 10 other estimates and the office staff has been responsive throughout the process. Several residents have provided feedback to our Lanscaping committee chair that they were pleased with the result. I expect we will continue to use their services in the future.

I have been satisfied 99% of the time with Pine Straw Depot. And if there are ever any issues, they are always quick to get them resolved. They usually have a little lead time but most of the time they are able to deliver ahead of schedule. When I call, friendly Ginger is always on the other end of the Phone.

Install was professional but otherwise I had a bad experience and feel misled. Won’t be using them again. Ginger told me I’d be getting 60 rolls of pine straw over the phone–she told me it would equal to about 150 bails. At delivery, they only brought me 24 rolls and told me that was all I paid for and that it was equal to 60 bails. Do not recommend.

I am very happy and satisfied with Pine Straw Depot. They fulfilled my order and delivered really high quality long needle pine straw bales. They arrived at the start time of the time window they gave me. They had an experienced 4-member team to do the installation and they did a fabulous job of deftly finishing the installation. They also did a great job of edging all the pine straw they had laid out. Their pricing for the pine straw and the installation, given their quality of service was the best value for money I could find. I intend to use them as a repeat customer in future and would recommend them without hesitation. They are a family owned and run business and I felt happy to have been their customer. I only called for their service. They have a minimum for delivery of 50 bales of pine straw. I only needed 20. You can pick up, but, I need to have it placed . Other’s whom have used this company are pleased.
