Sadly unprofessional crew. Cursing at people who are in the midst of an emergency. Blaming other companies. Complaining about working on holidays. Exceptionally rude, taking selfies, laughing at the crisis of other people. I would recommend any other tree company in the city of Louisville over these guys.

I was cancelled when my date was to do the job, was told be in touch, 2 weeks later and 2 emails from me nothing. Went with another company. In total It has been 10 weeks since we received the quote!!

I just want to give one of your employees a big shout out. His name is James Evans. The other day he was doing traffic control duty and he maintained alertness and professionalism and also he waved and smiled at everyone who drove by. It’s those little things that really make someones day better.

Bob Ray Company has always done a phenomenal job for our parish. We have used their services multiple times and have referred them to others. Always great!

An enormous limb cracked off my 200 ft tree, but was caught by a lower limb before it would have smashed through the ceiling of my child’s bedroom. Obviously a major safety issue and I need help immediately. Bob Ray’s receptionist said they are booked out 2-3 weeks before they can come give an estimate, which is understandable. However, she refused to recommend me the names of other reputable companies whom I could contact to see if they can get here sooner, because the teetering limb is an immediate, serious hazard. She refused, because she said she wasn’t in the business of helping her “competitors.” That is not right. My family is in a bad situation, and she cares more about making a buck than helping me. I won’t give business to the company after that. Luckily I was able to call another company. That company recognized the seriousness of the situation, and agreed to send someone out this same day.

I called (May 4th) to get someone out to look at a tree that was dying. They took my name, phone number and email. I was told someone would email me with a quote to come and look at the tree. As of today, May 24th, I have not received a call back or an email. It appears they don’t respond.
