AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAUGE!!! Gardeners are usually very hard working individuals, BUT NOT THESE GARDENERS!! They take shortcuts whenever possible and then claim they were “short-staffed” when they don’t do the complete job they’re scheduled and paid to do. I have two small dogs which are in the backyard during the day. The gardeners are scheduled to arrive every Monday from 2PM to 4PM. No earlier, no later. I rush home on my very short lunch break every Monday from 1PM-2PM, before the gardeners are supposed to arrive, just to clean the backyard up and make sure my dogs are put inside. Most of the time, I rush home on my lunch breaks only to find they’ve already come way earlier than their scheduled time, have cut the front lawn, and because my dogs were in the backyard, they didn’t mow it. So maybe you’re thinking, “just complain to your property management company and tell them you want the gardeners to come at their quoted scheduled window.” Well, we tried this, and found that even when they would come at the correct times, after the dogs were put inside every Monday when I’d rush down to put them in on my little lunch break, the STILL ignored the backyard. So low and behold, their website says they’re RELIABLE! WHAAAT A JOKE! So we bought a mower for those times they wouldn’t mow it, be it raining that Monday, a holiday, I couldn’t make it down on my lunch break that Monday, or the usual “They just didn’t feel like doing it today excuse”. Well, this made matters only worse. Sea Breeze would come out and find the back yard mowed, and started to figure that there was no need to check the backyard anymore on Mondays if the tenant was already mowing it on occasion. To test this theory, I put my dogs inside today, and mowed the front lawn and waited to see if the backyard would be checked and mowed. Sure enough, the gardeners came, brought my green waste bin in from the curb, but didn’t mow a thing, and just took off until next monday. I would love to get rid of these guys, but our rent pays for their incompetence through our property management company, R.S.T. & associates, another incompetent company which only condones Sea Breeze’s behavior. But trust me, this rating is exclusively for Sea Breeze and Sea Breeze alone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS OR YOU’LL END UP BEING THE NEXT NEGATIVE REVIEW HERE!!! DON’T BELIEVE ME? DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU!
