Twin Lakes was the company who put in the sod around our new home. After five months, warming temperatures, fertilizer and water – huge areas remain dead – no green and little likelihood. When contacted – no return call. Saw the owner nearby and asked him to please take a look and offer suggestions with the understanding that I would pay but only wanted green grass. His reply – we do not do lawn maintenance – water and fertilize – or maybe he can replace the sod. Would not even look and we lived but 100 yards up the street.

They put in a system for me at Lake Oconee in 2017. Still doesn’t work properly. One zone runs all the time in spite of me cleaning a valve and changing a solenoid myself, which I did because of their lack of response. They still haven’t shown up to take a look at it. I have also asked them to mark where the remaining valves and solenoids are and that hasn’t been done either. Hopefully they get your system in right the first time because once the check is cashed you probably won’t see them again.
