I scheduled a service/repair of my Hunter irrigation system for a leaking control valve, tech quickly confirmed issue and located faulty control valve. They use a routine practice of selling you a complete valve assemble at a cost of $92 (which is 4 times the market cost for the part) to replace the valve diaphragm that is readily available for less than $8. They rob the customer by selling the whole assembly which is not installed at all, and they remove the new diaphragm and swap it out and keep the remaining new parts. Not a customer friendly practice. Buy your own parts and let them install them if you know the problem solution.

I have used John at Sprinkles Irrigation to service my sprinkler system. John is absolutely amazing. He is diligent and highly skilled. I had an underground water leak and thought it was from the sprinkler system. John located the source of the leak, which was in the outside water service line for my home. He flagged the leak for my plumber, and saved me from a substantial plumbing expense. John was also able to find the valve for my sprinkler system that was well hidden underground, after several other sprinkler companies were unable to do so. I highly recommend John at Sprinkles Irrigation.

I’ve been a Sprinkles customer for over 20 years, servicing 3 homes. My service today was excellent. Señor Susano arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and knew exactly how to fix it. He was professional in all ways, and the fee was reasonable. This is why I continue to use Sprinkles and recommend them without reservation.

Did not show up for estimate or call. Called 3 hours later saying they world be late. This was after I came home for the established time. No call ahead of time or apology until I asked them not to come. Not recommended. Demonstrated no respect for others time. All about how busy they are. So, too busy for my money if they can’t be considerate.

Very disappointed with this company. Paid them to solve my backyard drainage problem and was assured that this would be done. When the work crew arrived the original plan of action that their estimator had proposed was deemed unfeasible and a perfunctory quick fix was recommended and done instead. This fix didn’t work and it took many calls and emails to get a response from the company to address the problem. When someone was finally sent out , nothing tangible was done to fix the issue and to make matters worse they installed a Pop-up on the adjoining neighbor’s property without permission and has refused to remove it to my neighbor’s dissatisfaction. Due to my unrelenting calls and email I was able to get back $1000 of the $1500 that I paid but this whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The drainage problem has still not been resolved and my neighbor is still upset about the unauthorized Pop-up that has not been removed .

I am very impressed. Douglas our service tech worked his tail off. TBH a tech who has an hourly rate I would have expected to take his time But not this guy. Hard working. Moved with a purpose. Knew what he was talking about and was quick to problem solved on the spot. He was very communicative and professional. Absolutely recommend this company I and think Douglas deserves some extra recognition. Don’t hesitate in contacting Sprinkles with your irrigation needs!
