I wanted to take a new service and asked for lower price than what I am currently paying with other vendor and this guy from all turf texted this “No problem we only want Lowell customers not somebody that’s going to jump ship just about a couple of dollars so good luck to you” . So pathetic exp and all I asked was to lower my price nothing much.

I want to thank ALLTURF for sending out a very professional and respectful technician to service my lawn today. His name is Keenor. This shows that ALLTURF really takes an interest in who they send out to represent them. It shows they take the time to truly vet they’re employees because they know how important this to any project. Keener was professionally dressed in his company attire. For All Turf Lawn Service: Is there a 0 star? I’m not the type of person to do this being a small business owner myself but there is a right and wrong way to do business. But not uphold your part of a contract is completely out of line and should be brought to the company or CEO’s attention. Thank you, but no thank you. I will be going elsewhere from today forward. For the Public: I will be looking for another company to treat my lawn. I have used All Turf for 5 years, and up until a couple years ago it has been ok. This morning the technician showed up and was treating my neighbors lawn and my dog was barking, he let me know that he would be treating my lawn next and I informed him that was great I would put my dog up. By the time I got inside he was already in my front lawn and within a few Minutes he was packing up and driving of never entering the gate to my side yards on either side of the house. This has been an issue in the past and has been brought to the companies attention. Do yourself a favor and use a reliable company that will do what you ask and pay for.

Kudos to Jamaal Davis. Every time he comes out he does an exceptional job. I always asked questions when All Turf comes out & this guy is very knowledgeable. My reason for writing this review is because my neighbor asked me who does my lawn & I told him All Turf. He said the reason why he asked me was he watched the technician the last time he was out doing my lawn. He said the guy was on point with everything & he was highly impressed. Sometimes technician will short changed you if you not home, but not Jamaal. He works the same way every time. Thanks to Jamaal & All Turf.
