Amazing customer service and attention to details. Scott is honest, hardworking and very pleasant to talk to and deal with. He turned our 23 years old tiles and grout flooring to brand new looking floor. Very accommodating and helpful technical expertise. Can’t ask for any better. In fact we already hired him to do our walk-in shower area. Definitely recommend him.

The service was perfect! Scott did a really fantastic job with my carpets–he got all the stains out. I also appreciated that he was upfront with pricing over the phone (which was very competitive without all the gimmicks and sales coupons). Service, communication and pricing were all 5 Star. I would highly recommend!

Scott did an amazing job cleaning my area rug! He is knowledgeable, on time & professional! After my dog was sick I had some stains on an area rug, he did an amazing job cleaning the stains out. He also checked in the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this company!

Scott was awesome to deal with from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Excellent communication and was prompt, on time and did an excellent job cleaning a couch that had been giving me very bad allergy problems. Super cool guy too! Had some good talks while he was here.

Had Eco Clean come out to do our carpets had tons of small urine stains from our dog that came out and honestly I was super surprised at how new the carpets looked! The technician (I believe it was Scott) was super friendly and professional. He even found one of my wife’s favorite earrings and gave it back to us. Super trust worthy guy. We have hired him twice now and he will be our go to guy from here on out. I think the company slogan says something like…old fashioned customer service with the newest technology.. something like that..anyways lived up to the slogan! Solid customer service.

Scott was efficient and my carpets look brand new. He even cleans next to the baseboards, which is a detail other companies have missed in the past. I would recommend him to anyone in need of carpet or upholstery cleaning.
