The best screened topsoil I’ve come across for my delivery business. I use it exclusively in my garden boxes at home. the Eden blend mulch and compost are all I use and deliver. Convient location and hours. The Staff are super friendly and prompt.

So-so product, horrible service. I was told that the compost mulch was intended for use as a mix–in soil amendment. I used it as such, and my plants became anemic, indicating that the mulch is not balanced and therefore suitable only as a top dressing. This leads me to believe that the person that I had on the phone was either misinformed or deliberately misrepresenting their product. Neither of these reflects well on this company’s quality of employee. I would not be writing a review if this were the only issue I encountered over the course of my interaction with this company. Both the operator of the front-loader and the man who answered the phone when I called afterward treated me in an utterly immature and disrespectful manner. When I went to pick up my mulch, I got my truck and trailer stuck as I tried to turn around. My coworkers spotted me, and I was able to work myself free without hitting anything. Once free, I looked up to see a woman in the seat of a front–end loader gesturing wildly (and incomprehensibly) at me. I tried to follow her directions but she only got more irritated. I rolled down my window to tell her that I didn’t understand, and she started yelling at me for almost hitting her building, almost jackknifing, and blocking traffic (though to my knowledge, no one was trying to get through while I was stuck). I tried to apologize and to explain but she didn’t want to hear any of it. The whole situation was so unexpected that I just started laughing, upon which she threatened to kick me out, adding at the end that she wasn’t “power-tripping or anything.” That didn’t help me stop laughing. I recently called Tucker to track down an itemized receipt for my company’s records and was told that 1) the credit card invoice I had received was sufficient, and 2) I had been given an itemized receipt and had lost it. Neither of these are true. The man then told me that it was my fault for not bringing it up when I made the purchase and that he didn’t have time to go looking for a receipt. I understand that what I was asking for was not convenient, but I do believe it was reasonable. The man started getting ready to hang up, and I brought up the behavior of the front-end loader, comparing it to his. He then started to talk over me (he insists that he was not yelling), basically telling me in various ways that I (as well as other people who have brought up similar concerns) was the problem. After I responded, the call was “disconnected.” At the end of the day, he did end up proposing a solution that might work (that I write up a receipt and bring it in for them to sign). However, he did it in a very rude manner. I am never doing business with this company again, and I will find out who they supply and actively avoid their products.

We were very pleased with the removal of a large tree in our front yard. The guys who came were terrific with us, and they really knew what they were doing! It was not an easy task because the tree was close between our house & the fence. They were careful & took time to do it right. And they did a great job cleaning up! This is the second time they’ve removed a tree for us. We’d highly recommend them!!!! 5 Stars!👍🏼

We use Tucker on a when we need rock, gravel, mulch, etc. They have quality products for reasonable prices and are great to work with.
