I had one service in May which was very good but now I am over due by a month for follow up lawn weed and seed. I call every week and no one shows up. They just don’t seem to care.

Do NOT use!!! I’ve been a happy customer for their lawn care for 3-4 years. They frequently advertise for arborist services and this year I need a little help with pests and powdery mildew. I felt the investment of an additional $400+ treatment and $85 for the arborist fee would be extremely beneficial for my plants and yard. EVERYTHING they sprayed now has burn/dead spots. It is extremely obvious that it is from the spray. The Office has never accepted any responsibility and only tells me to water more. Jerry, the arborist, said he’s never seen this happen and expects with watering my plants will be ok. He blamed it on nitrogen burn. I certainly hope he’s right, but I’ve got plants that the branches are so dead they are snapping off. It’s not looking good. Am I going to loose $1000’s and 7+ years of growth? Or maybe my plants will half survive and look awful for years to come. I’m so so disappointed, sad, and scared of what my future garden will look like. Ps. My bushes and trees were not drought stressed. The majority of them looked beautiful before the spray. I do have an iron deficient tree and a few bushes with pests and mildew, but 90% looked healthy. Don’t let the company deceive you. They’ve treated me poorly the entire time after I’ve complained.

I had a good experience with Harmon & Sons pest control services. I had rats hanging around and in my outdoor storage shed. After the tech came out and placed a trap, it immediately seemed to take care of the problem. No odors or mess either. Very effective!

They killed my lawn! They treated it for (morning glory/binder weed) when it was too hot outside and burned my lawn. Just as others have expressed about them not doing what they say they’re doing, they were asked to treat it early in the season, they billed for it, but it was not done. Then it got too hot when they finally treated it which killed it in the spots they treated. (As per a professional that I had come out and see) I called them and told them about it and met with someone personally 3 times and gave them one last time to fix it before I fired them. They didn’t fix it. When I called again to let them know what their employees had done, she was blaming my husband for not continuing to use them and firing them. We are not going to allow them to damage anymore of our lawn. These guys were the only ones ever to apply anything to my lawn. It was brand new sod 1 1/2 years old. You will see from other poor reviews (PLEASE READ THEM) in the companies responses, that this company will gaslight you and not take responsibility for any of their actions. They constantly blame the homeowners. So just don’t use them. Eventually something will go wrong, you will have an issue and you’ll call them, talk to an owner and she won’t help you, just blame you. She was very rude to me on the phone just as others have said. She even said she would call me back and then ghosted me. I won’t use Harmon and Sons ever again and I won’t recommend them to anyone! I have photos as proof. The last photo is before they started treating my lawn this year.

They are a great company. We have used them for years. We haven’t had a dandelion in our yard or a spider in our house since we started using them. We had them come treat for voles when we found one of those.
