Mike and his brothers came out to help us get started on our backyard landscaping project and did a phenomenal job – We’re already working to book them back for next year to continue expanding upon the work they’ve done! Mike is very knowledgeable and was extremely flexible to work with. He provided updates along the way, and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. We didn’t have the budget to execute all the wanted work at once, but Mike helped us work through a plan that accommodated our needs! Well worth the investment to hire this crew.

Mike and his brothers came out to sod our front yard and move a flagstone patio which they lay down 10 years ago. It looks like it’s all been rebuilt new they did an amazing job. Great company to work with.

Overall good work. Work was completed fast once all equipment and crew was onsite, questions always answered, and price was well worth it. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and suggested many fantastic ideas to transform our backyard patio. Along with tons of aftercare input on landscaping, mole control, and weed prevention. Took a little longer than anticipated, but we understand life happens, things get delayed and at the end of the day our backyard is gorgeous.

Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed each step of the way. I especially enjoyed working with Mike as he knows how to listen and was responsive to all our questions, requests, and concerns. Our new boulder wall and the face-lift to the entire yard is spectacular – and a real upgrade to the look and functionality of our outdoor space! We highly recommend him and his team!

Patios and More did a beautiful job of removing our old deck, building a new patio in our back yard, and grading/reseeding the lawn. Mike and his entire crew were very helpful and courteous. The whole project was done in a timely manner and they left the lawn thoroughly cleaned up. The new patio looks great!

I will be editing this post to expand on our complete dissatisfaction with this company, but wanted to put something out there to hopefully help others make an informed decision. Does a Google Review count if it’s done by the owner’s sons to artificially inflate the Google score? Any review done by someone named “Cordes” is a family member! This company misled us, did shoddy work with extremely poor workmanship, and did not fulfill any of the promises made. They laid new sod on asphalt! They didn’t put down any new topsoil before putting down sod and now it’s all dead even after we watered and cared for the new sod very carefully. They kept asking for more money, promised to follow a schedule, which they did not do, did not repair or replace the damaged pavers, destroyed our yard, wrecked our neighbour’s Invisible Fence, destroyed our sprinkler system, brought nearly- dead perennials and passed them off as “landscaping”, promised a beautiful landscaping plan around the patio (not) and made excuse after excuse for why they couldn’t show up week after week…”We’ll be there next week… they’re still finishing up at another job so maybe next week, oh, we can’t come because our whole family is going on vacation… my grandfather had a heart attack,…I have to take my dad to the hospital… maybe next week… it’s too rainy… the air quality is too bad…” It started to sound like, “My dog ate my homework.” We were patient all last fall and now, after contacting this company in April, we STILL do not have a finished product due to poor workmanship which needs to be replaced. We were told to go pick out new perennials and someone would pick them up and install them… after 2 weeks of waiting I was told by the Garden Center that the plants I had selected had been returned to inventory! More lies. I would NEVER recommend this company. There is SO MUCH MORE detail I could provide about our horrific experience. I may have to write a post script to this review. If I could give them a zero, I would. We were completely duped and are disappointed. I have every single text message conversation printed with all these facts and dates printed and recorded. We are NOT the only family that had a terrible experience. Look carefully and you’ll see a review from someone who threatened to sue them. We are now hiring a new company to fix our brand new, very damaged patio, a new landscaper to provide a REAL landscape plan and a sod company to replace all the diseased sod. I hope others can benefit from our terrible experience. It’s a nightmare that has lasted over a year!

Mike and his crew are extremely hardworking, professional and courteous. They also quickly respond to questions and explain each step of the process. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. Our patio is BEAUTIFUL and makes a wonderful addition to our backyard space! They also regraded our backyard and installed catch basins and drain tile to address some water issues, mulched and installed edging. I highly recommend Patios and More for patio installations and landscaping projects. They are second to none!

They made a patio and front for us this past summer. We are extremely pleased with the beautiful patio and steps they created. Mike (the salesman) suggested features for the patio we never thought of. Mathew (the foreman) and his crew were courteous, extremely hard workers and very talented in creating and building our patio and steps. They would arrive between 7:00-7:30 AM each day. They would work until 5:00-5:30 PM, even when the temps got in the 90″s. Kenneth Cordes, the owner, stopped by at least 2-3 times a week to see how things were going and if the work they were doing was up to our expectations. If we have another landscaping project, we’d hire Patios & More in a heartbeat.
