I have never used their services but their employees feel it’s ok to dump trash out the drivers window of their work trucks while stopped at a traffic light. Can’t imagine they do very good work.

SPRINKLYER REPAIRS AND WATER TIMER CLOCK INSTALLATION AND PROGRAMMING: (1) Our last appointment was a NO CALL NO SHOW. (2) You can only reach an answer service to make service appointments. (3) Repairman that finally showed was argumentative, rude and did not perform the water schedule that I requested. We used this business in past years and they were great, but now it has changed for the worst. Not using Alpine Sprinklers ever again!! TOTALLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Had a minor issue during spring recharge. One phone call returned within the hour. Tech talked me through an easy fix. Problem solved. Highly recommend.

This company sent a serviceman out to winterize my 82 year old Mother’s sprinkler system. The person was not wearing a mask, nor did he put one on when she asked him. Highly unprofessional, irresponsible and rude to her. I would not use them. I spoke with Dave, the owner of Alpine sprinklers today. He addressed my concerns in a very courteous and concerned manner.
