I called in last week to schedule a curbside leaf pick up. They quoted me $90 and advised that their team would be out on 11/13 before 5pm. I got an email today advising that they wouldn’t be out to my house for another 24-48 hours and that it was a minimum of $245. I moved all my leaves onto my curb yesterday b/c they were scheduled to be picked up next day. Now I will be bagging them all myself. Would not recommend using their services.

I wish I would have read the reviews more thoroughly. I signed up for lawn trimming services with Precision Cutz Lawn Care. The services were established with an expected end date of 07/01. A representative from Precision Cutz contacted me near the end of the expected end date, asking if I still needed services. I confirmed that I will be staying in the house a little longer. I explained that insurance is paying for the rental and the mowing of the rental. I told them they could extend the services through 08/20, but not passed said date as insurance would not approve. We moved out of the address on 08/20, but the company mowed the address 2 more times after we moved out. I noticed a charge on my credit card after the 08/20 date, and assumed it was for the prior weeks billing. The following week, I was charged again and this time I called. The first individual I spoke with claimed that my account was closed and he could not see when my last service was. He stated he would have a supervisor call me back, and this never happened. I called in again, and this time I spoke with someone who could now see the dates I was charged, and the dates of calls, but not when the mow was performed. I asked for a supervisor, and again was denied. I told them I would wait on the line until I could speak with one, and then I had one in under 2 minutes. She proceeded to tell me “There is no transcript of the call, but we can see that he did call you and he moved your services out to 09-01. He wouldn’t have accepted a date of 08/20 because it was 6 weeks out and not 2 weeks out. He would have told you to call back 2 weeks before your move out” Then I was told that they mowed it anyway and there was nothing I can do. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company disputed the charge with Precision Cutz and determined I had a valid dispute. Now, Precision Cutz is sending my information to a collection agency claiming that I owe them for the 2 services.

Precision Cut did a wonderful job of mulch installation for us. They provided a free detailed quote for the services. The services included a clean up of all mulch bed areas, trimming of shrubs, and application of a pre-emergent to prevent weeds in the mulch beds. They also edged the mulch beds by hand in areas that we had no other barriers. Black dyed mulch was installed in a nice consistent thickness throughout the beds. They also did a good clean up afterwards and walked around the property with us to assure our satisfaction of the job. I would highly recommend Precision Cutz Lawn Service for the mulching service

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are extremely unprofessional, do not complete the work they are contracted to do, yet they will require a credit card to be on file to charge regardless of whether they mow or not! They will skip a week, charge for it and then mow and charge you again! They severed the Freon line to our AC unit while cleaning up the property and we have to pay for that as well! We engaged them on 4/20 and they did not mow until 5/5 and then only did 1/2 of the property and failed to do the spring cleanup. I then had to call multiple times to get them to show up and actually do the entire yard and clean up as contracted — that did not occur until 10 days later and multiple phone calls where I was told every time I called that they would be out there the next day. Now they are trying to charge me for a service on 8/3 that they did not do! They even called me to tell me that TURF KINGS, the subcontractor missed my property that week and they would get their “as soon as possible”. I then notified them via email that their services were no longer needed and not to set foot on the property again, due to poor performance and they are still trying to get the money for something they did not do! I had a new group come out the week of 8/7 and mow the lawn. These guys are bad news!! They say 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they are the only ones satisfied. READ THE REVIEWS FOLKS!!

Dustin mowed my yard today. He connected with me at the beginning of the mow, checked back in as he went, and ensured that the work was done to my satisfaction. He took the time to carefully move sprinklers and to explain to me things about my lawn condition and how he would work to improve it. Great job and excellent customer interaction!
