We very much enjoy the services of Davenport Environmental. I do believe that these are the “go-to” folks if you have Bermuda grass. 3 applications in: no weeds, green grass. Will be using the grub application in a week, and will do aeration later on or in the Spring. On time…As delivered. Nice people too.

I have been a customer for 5years. Davenport will increase The cost every year without fail! I’ve had a reported issue with Weeds prior to winter last season, they are still there. When questioned about the increase they said “we can’t do anything about the rate, we can provide less”. I requested to cancel all service moving forward with them.. The attitude was it for me.. Looking for another service provider.

I called this morning to notify Davenporte of a portion of my yard that continues to not get serviced. Lots of weeds and invasive prickly bushes. The response continues to be “we will put a note on the account”. Same response this morning and when I said the note on the account doesn’t seem to be working Alec’s response was I can’t do anything else, you are in Fort Mill, we are in Raleigh. Extremely rude. Not how I expect to be treated after being a loyal customer. Found another company. Strongly recommend you do not use this lack of customer service company.

I live in Bonterra and am extremely happy with Davenport. They have been doing my lawn and several neighbors for about two years. All our yards look terrific, their service isn’t free but in my book you get what you pay for!! I recently went with them for termite control as well. Their techs have all been extremely helpful and polite. Well done Davenport!!!!

I had Daveport for about 4 years and even referred several neighbors. My corner lot always looked great until an unusually wet winter caused grubs to invade. I agreed to a one time treatment of $70, which worked. However I wasn’t told they just signed me up for an additional quarterly plan for $120. I finally saw the over charge after nearly a year. I was denied any refund or adjustment though they have nothing showing signed up for the extra service.

They have been able to keep away the field mice and rodents and also kept alot of the insects away as well. They really go a long way in preserving a home.

Had a good run with them but then started having issues. More weeds in my yard than my neighbors that didn’t pay a service to keep their yards and items that should have been found on visits, like brown spots and grubs, that I had to call about instead of having the service tech notify me they had noticed during a treatment. Then, with their price increase, figured I could do it myself and likely have at least similar results. A year ago, this would have been a 4 or 5 but service has slacked off and the results just aren’t there.
