I first spoke with Jamie, as we are having some issues with our new lawn. I expressed to her that customer service and communication was most important to me and she was fantastic from the start. She took the time to explain the process, gave me an overview of the company, and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions before moving forward. Chris was the technician for my first service today and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and same as Jamie, he took the time to explain everything in detail and what next steps would be. I’m looking forward to seeing how our yard responds and I feel more confident knowing I have a company who is accessible after the initial sale and treats us as valued customers, instead of just numbers.

I highly recommend Lawn Doctor . My lawn has never looked this good and healthy! I tried the DIY of lawn care using Scotts fertilizer and weed control for years and it simply doesn’t stack up to the quality of lawn health as Lawn Doctor provides. I wasn’t really saving much money by doing it myself anyway.

Lawn Doctor came again today. I got a call from them. I have been a customer for five years. I have always had great service from them. Their Employees are Awesome. The quality is amazing. I will continue to use their service, you would be happy to do business with them. They are very professional and reliable.

This is our third year with Lawn Doctor and their service and attn. to details is outstanding. their recommendations are always inciteful and great even though we cannot afford all the options their service is the best we’ve had. Both Chris and Shawn who have been out to our property have been great. Hopefully this year will provide enough rain to keep the yard looking fantastic.

We have had many lawn service companies over the years, but non have been as responsive or invested in improving our yard’s appearance. We live in a deeply wooded area which is a real challenge, but they have helped us get better results under difficulty conditions. I wanted to add that Chris came out recently to evaluate some areas that needed reseeded and was very helpful evaluating the areas. Dustin came late last week to do the job and was very thorough!! Thanks for your help! Professional as always!

This is my third year being a customer of Lawn Doctor. First 2 years were amazing. After year 1 my lawn started looking significantly better and Greg did his job very well. However, since this year began, it is noticeable that the quality of the service decreased. Before, we would always receive notice pre-service and post service he left notes about the lawn aftercare and updates. It felt like Greg was very invested in our lawn’s health. Now that he has retired, we only received one service for our lawn this year and we didn’t get any notes regarding what we should do and when or when the service was even performed. Compared to last year, our lawn’s health has worsened, a lot of it has yellowed and started dying, and we had to change the setting of the lawnmower to have the grass be taller so that it covers those patches and so the lawn looks even a little more green. This year we asked to only get service for our front yard and sides so we could compare with the backyard that isn’t being currently treated, but it seems that the untreated backyard looks somehow better than the front. I understand that the backyard gets more shadow, however, there were no terribly hot days or dry weeks at the start of the season for there to be such a vast difference. I don’t see any other reason as to why my front yard doesn’t look about as good as it did last year. I hope that the service improves, and that I will receive more notice and notes about what I should be doing and when to maintain the lawn and improve it. Thank you.
