I am not a customer of this company, but I am looking for a lawn company to take over service for myself and four of my neighbors. Our current service provider is retiring and I’ve been put in charge of finding a replacement. I saw an advertisement for this company, so thought I’d look at the reviews……All I can say is, the owner needs to think about hiring a PR person. The response to the negative review, which I felt had some legitimate concerns, was rude and very unprofessional. You just lost the chance to pick up 5 more lawns because of it. Let’s see how you respond to this low rating.

This company cuts our next door neighbor’s lawn and they cut it way too short for the type of grass it is, which wouldn’t be my concern, except that they have cut 3 feet over into our property several times. This causes the St. Augustine to burn and we’ve had to actually replace some areas of sod because of this. I contacted the owner, Chad, the first time it happened and he never returned my call. I happened to be home today, while his crew was here working and noticed they, again, cut into our property by about 3 feet (the mow line wasn’t very straight, so it varied). I went out and tried to discuss it with one of the workers and he refused to listen, stating “you’re talking to the wrong person” and walking away. I called and left a message with Chad and he did get back to me, but was very rude, making excuses that his crew was new and didn’t understand the property lines and basically giving me a bad attitude for complaining. When I explained that it was an ongoing problem that we wanted to fix, he said “give me a break”. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS ONE OF THE RUDEST BUSINESS OWNERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MY ADVICE….GO ELSEWHERE.
