Really impressed with this company. Ive known about them for years and they have become the go to landscaping company in the area! Its a privately owned business who cares and treats their employees with respect. I’d give them 5 stars all day long! Give them a call now!

I highly recommend Shane Gray at Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes. Shane transformed our ugly, unusable backyard into a beautiful, blissful and usable work of art. From our first meeting to the completion of the project Shane was professional, friendly, caring and focused on every tiny detail. You can tell that Shane truly loves what he does. His passion for his projects shines brightly. Shane’s design skills were so impressive. So impressive!!! He really cared about our wants and needs. He listened carefully and made it all happen! And he did it all with a smile! Shane went above and beyond and surpassed all of our expectations. Shane was so knowledgeable about absolutely everything – trees, plants, flowers, stone, rock, lighting, irrigation, etc. There wasn’t a time he didn’t have an answer or a solution for us. He even helped us sort out a problem we had by using a slab of stone which we now affectionately call, “Shane Rock”. It wasn’t all just business, it was personal too. Shane got to know us and we got to know Shane. We looked forward to each visit and were very sad to see him leave when it was all over. Not only have we found our talented landscape designer for future projects but we also found a new friend too. If you want amazing results that will “WOW” you, Shane Gray will not let you down. Hidden Lane did a complete re-landscaping of our property and the transformation was amazing. Shane, our designer, walked the property with us, asked question about what existed and what we had in mind. He developed a proposal that blended our thoughts and his ideas and came up with a design that was far better than our initial thoughts to give us a landscape (including a patio) that provides a comfortable outdoor retreat that is attractive year-round. The workers from Hidden Lane arrived early every day. They were pleasant and hardworking and left the property neat and orderly at the end of each workday. The masonry work was done with a great degree of craftsmanship and looks superb. Shane’s enthusiasm for the project was evident. He visited our property every day and kept in regular communication with us regarding progress and upcoming work. During his visits, we talked through the design and some changes to make it more appealing. It was clear that Shane wanted to deliver a great result and he succeeded in doing that. We are very pleased with the results, especially the backyard which is now a delight to look at and be in. We highly recommend Hidden Lane and Shane, our landscape designer.

Hidden Lane just installed a beautiful patio and landscape for us. Our designer, Tom, designed a multifunctional space to meet our needs and worked closely with us to pick the right stone and brick for the project. The crew that installed the patio showed incredible attention to detail, and the plants are wonderful and will provide good privacy when they fill in. I wanted a few plants adjusted after installation, and Tom came straight out to work with us to make the changes. We’d been debating the patio for some time and first got Tom’s proposal a year ago, and now we regret waiting so long to get it done.

I have been waiting a full year to get an appointment. Last year, I assumed operations were disrupted because of COVID so I decided to wait but this year again, No responses from them. I call to make an appointment for a landscaping project, they say they will get back to me to schedule it, and they never do. They don’t answer emails either. I would prefer if they would tell me straight that they are too busy and can’t take additional clients but leaving me hanging for an entire year is just plain disrespectful and a profound lack of professionalism. Tried again to call today and my call went straight to voicemail. Should I give up?

I highly recommend Hidden Lane for your next landscaping project. The landscape architect was professional, and did a wonderful job of listening to our wants/needs out of the design. The crew were great, and were meticulous with implementing the design. We absolutely love the finished project! So happy I went with Hidden Lane.

I truly enjoyed working with my landscape designer, Linda Nichols. She is a thoughtful designer and takes a holistic approach. My project involved installing a flagstone walkway and front porch in addition to landscaping in the front yard. Also had some trees removed and sod installed in the backyard. The results are beautiful. I was also happy that some of the plants/shrubs that were removed in the front yard were replanted elsewhere in the yard. The work is expensive and the result is top notch.

READ THIS REVEIW (because if you’re like me, you usually only read the negative ones). Rarely have I found a company that embodies all the best qualities of exceptional customer service; i.e., friendly, courteous, and responsive. Everyone I worked with was also polite and professional, which was important since our project was extensive and entailed a stone wall, flagstone walkway, flagstone fire pit, and a beautiful assortment of bushes, grasses and trees designed to compliment out house. In this respect, I waited before posting this review because I wanted to see if my enthusiasm waned — it has not!

Anthony created an inspired design. The crew implemented it to perfection and finished when they said they would. Beautiful dry stacked wall, landscaping and sod that looks like it’s always been there after just one week. My backyard is now my favorite room. Can’t wait to work with Hidden Lane again in the Spring for more yard improvement.
