If I could give a zero star, I would. They are careless and no HOA should do business with this company. I have repeatedly asked them to not cut the grass in front of my home (common area) and several others. Today, they rolled directly over my personal property butchering the grass down to the dirt. The lawn now has to be repaired and restored and doing so in this drought climate will be nearly impossible. If you are an HOA group or any type of business seeking to contract with this organization, do yourself a favor and stay away.

HUGE shout out to Brett and Cody for an amazing job in my communities. In the last two weeks, separately, they and their crews were able to complete two big paving projects in two communities. I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished job. The level of customer service I encounter with Atlantic Maintenance, is top notch! THANK YOU!!

They are terrible. Contracted by my condo association. They come out and ride around on their mowers pretending to cut dead grass, but don’t do the things that need to be done. Took them 3 days to plow and clear the sidewalks from the first snowfall at the beginning of the week. They had Fridays snowfall done within a matter of hours. No body wants to work on the weekend.

On 07/13/2023, prior of this company coming to mow the lawn at the Westchester Condo, the bottom piece of my railing on my patio was attached to the bottom railing. I came home at 12 noon this their employees broke the one piece off the bottom railing on my patio it is not even anywhere near the end of my patio. last month one of their employee was leaning over my porch railing and was shaking the whole thing, hanging over with the blower trying to tear my side living screen as well as blowing all the grass on my patio. Plus I paid for this out of my pocket.

Lackluster service- I am certain the management company that manages the community I live in chose AMG because they are low budget much like the management company. This business is storing their equipment in our community taking up parking spaces and inconveniencing residents from parking!

Big Shoutout to Marc L. Longenecker & Luc Vermeulen. In every emergency I had, they were there to help me out. They were honest when they couldn’t do the work but ready to recommend who could. Very professional and the communication is consistent. They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive. I have used them since March 2022 and I love the fact that they are part of CAI
