Jeff at A Step Above is excellent. He has cleaned my area rugs three times and they always look like new and smell great. (There are two businesses with this name, the other is fake FYI.) I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service for those in the Sacramento area!

I can’t believe how clean everything turned out!!! There were spots on our couch and chair we didn’t think would come out and they are gone. We also had our 8×10 area rug done in hopes it would last a little longer. The results were awesome. It looks brand new!! I highly recommend this company. Jeff was extremely courteous and professional and his pricing is great. We will be using him again soon. Thanks again!!

Jeff was not only a skilled professional, but he was responsive, friendly, fair priced, and overall just a pleasure to work with. Our carpet had so many areas we thought would never be clean but they look amazing. Jeff set clear and honest expectations up front and fit us in on short notice. I will for sure be using him again for regular cleanings.

We have very expensive wool carpets and we only trust Jeff to clean them! Jeff was able to squeeze us in last minute to clean a wool carpet and some heavily soiled cloth lined dining room chairs. Jeff showed up on time, was very polite, and incredibly thorough. He even cleaned any leftover cleaning solution from the floor. We strongly recommend Jeff and A Step Above!

I have a condo with a dog and a 5 year old boy….between pee, poop, and childhood nonesense drinks spilled food splattered ect my carpets needed serious help. I called A Step Above and Jeff the cleaner showed up promptly on the day I needed him before my son’s birthday. Very professional and comforting to work with. I was able to continue setting up for my son’s party while he was hear and I was amazed by the results. I never thought my carpets would look as they did 3 years ago when we moved in. I am very pleased with how this company runs their business. I highly recommend A Step Above Carpet Cleaning to anyone including friends and family.
