I live in a condominium community where the HOA made the grave mistake of contracting ZGL for landscaping services in 2024. Since last summer, the HOA has been painfully aware of severe irrigation issues and had repeatedly informed ZGL. Yet, Freddy has done absolutely nothing to address these glaring problems. Today, I reached out to Zack in desperation, only to be met with shocking rudeness. The receptionist had the audacity to accuse me of being rude and then abruptly hung up on me! How can we ever hope to resolve our pressing concerns when the company displays such abysmal customer service?

I live in a condominium community. The HOA contracted with ZGL for landscaping in 2024. Since last summer the HOA knew about irrigation problems and informed ZGL. Freddy has taken no action. Today I called Zack and the receptionist told me I was very rude and hung up the phone on me. How can we resolve our concerns if the company has such poor customer service?

We are very happy with all the work done by Zak George Landscaping. This was a complete remake of our yard, both front and back. It involved demolishing old patios, flagstone, erecting a raised sitting platform and short walls trimming the property. In the front, a new courtyard was built. The company listened patiently to every question or comment. They always responded with a positive and supportive attitude to make the changes we requested. In addition, the work crews were always punctual, friendly and neat. They were very attentive to our privacy. Everyone on the crew worked extremely hard. They always put in a full day’s work. We would recommend Zak George Landscaping wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I had ZGL and Zach the designer, out to redo our landscaping last summer. In the midst of a pandemic not only were they working safely but they stayed late when needed, communicated to me and my wife when things were delayed and the final product is AMAZING! I couldn’t recommend them more. They are #1 in our eyes! Thank you!

Zak George Landscaping is the real deal we had called 12 different sprinkler companies over the weekend and we’re in a pinch. Jeremy answered the phone and said he would be right over not even 30 minutes later he arrived and had the part we needed to fix our problem. Without a doubt these are the only guys I will ever call for my sprinkler problems the customer service was on point and exceeded my expectations. Thanks again Jeremy and Zak George landscaping-
