JRM just completed landscaping our backyard for us including a water feature. They did a fantastic job and we’re really happy with the final product. Excellent experience with JRM Landscape and Design! Our Elizabeth home came with a front entrance, 3 tier waterfall ending in an 10-12 foot diameter pond. Realizing our favorite feature was now in need of some changes, we searched for a reliable water feature company willing to come out and quote on our project size. My husband connected with Bryan who is personable, passionate and well-informed about water features, customer-focused and quality-driven. Bryan responds promptly to phone calls, texts and requests for in-person consults. We contracted for replacing our pond liner, moving the skimmer from the side to the end of the pond, and the subsequent reconnections of pump and wiring. The crew assigned to our project was absolutely amazing and this was not an easy project. The 3 day estimate turned into a very efficient 2, and we could not be happier with the end result! Their savvy replacement of rocks both in and around our pond, resulted in far more efficient and eye-catching waterfalls, along with a more appealing front entrance to our home. It was obvious during our chats with the crew that they absolutely love what they do and it shows in their work. Respectful of our property and focused on our satisfaction – that’s a great contractor crew! When the lead said to my husband, “Thank you for selecting our company”, we knew we had chosen well. I was looking to get a quote for my property that I work for and you think they would have taken my information down but instead they gave me a phone number and a name and when I called them they tried giving me another phone number and name. No thank you

I am so happy I met Ramon and have JRM Landscape & Design to help with my yard. From the first appointment and walkthrough I was impressed by the level of detail, care, and organization. Within a very short period of time I had a detailed quote for every line item we discussed in the walkthrough at a very great price. All the work was done within a few days of scheduling it and my yard went from one big mess to a beauty. I am also happy to have help with the maintenance on an ongoing basis. JRM built a pondless waterfall that turned out beautiful! It is a great addition to my backyard. They have been prompt with any follow up questions or minor adjustments as well.
