Terrible communication, doesn’t do anything he says he will do. Incapable of accepting any responsibility or responding to repeated contact. Wasted a whole year and still don’t even have a permit filed. Even by contractors standards this is a new low

If I could give zero stars I would I live in Hampton Farms and am unhappy with z best. Randomly destroyed my beautiful nine bark shrub. Not a trim, it’s gone! No other shrubs surrounding my area were touched. When ai asked a worker why this happened he said I didn’t do it. I asked him if he could find out he said no and drove away! Rude!!!!!

These people are not respectful of neighbors in the places where they work. They ride loud machinery up and down sidewalks and busy streets, blocking traffic and creating unnecessary noise and chaos. Plus, from what I have seen, it takes them very long to get anything done. And the results are very homogeneous and ugly.

Mike and his crew are creative, talented, and professional. Built my backyard paver patio and retaining walls, plus improved some drainage.

Mike from Z Best put in a large paver patio with a fire pit and seating wall. Also regraded the yard and planted a bunch of bushes. Despite having to go back to the city 4 TIMES to get them to approve the permit, he never gave up. No dead plants/bushes 2 months after completion, and we practically live outside now that it’s all done. My only recommendation to a potential client is to be patient. They’re busy for a reason.

I worked with Z-Best Landscaping on two large landscaping projects, I have to say that I was more than satisfied. The owner will go out of his way to get you what you want and in the budget. He offered his professional opinion and expertise, his employees are very respectful and hardworking. During installation I was able to adjust few things and Z Best was truly “The Best” I would definitely recommend them to friends and family Any future landscaping projects will definitely be done by Z Best.
