Precision came out and removed a tree that fell on my house , at 1am I called them and they were at my house within an hour and a half of me calling setting up safety ropes and things to stabilize the tree , they then went on to work throughout the night to remove the dangerous debris off my house , without causing any more damage I was amazed by there skill and dedication , I would highly recommend them.

Precision Prop Maint North LLC, fortunately for us, has also been licensed in Florida since 2018 besides performing their Pennsylvania work. Tyler led his team to do a very professional job on our Hurricane Ian-flooded house, removing dry wall, low kitchen & bathroom cabinets, and yet saving so much of our granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops. Also sprayed anti-mold/bleach solutions and allowed air flow when working to prevent any future mold damage. Lastly they removed the heaviest furniture and damaged appliances to the street for us. Reasonable pricing (Best Value) especially. against the big national competitors. He also had clear, detailed contract language, unlike some of the cheaper but untrustworthy “carpetbaggers” who wanted a “blank check”. even if cheap estimate. Tyler is very empathetic, and it was a pleasure to work with his whole team.

The guys were extremely professional. Tyler and his crew went above and beyond on my property. Cleaned up absolutely everything, even topsoil and seeded the 1 drag spot in my grass. I would 100 percent recommend them to everyone.
