Brian and Chris came out to my house to look at my project. I said that I was waiting on another quote from another pool company. Brian stated that his company was different than others and I would have a quote to you the next week. That was April 20th. Called Chris several times and no call back. I even responded to their Instagram account and Chris finally called me and said I would have the quote within 24 hours. He was waiting on the owner and he has been really busy. Well, June 30th and nothing. I thought by their marketing and speaking to them the first time they are a great company but I guess I was wrong. Karma will catch up to you.

Royal Pools/Dyer opened our pool today, June 3, for the summer season. Will and Jim were the team, as they were last year, and they did a great job again. They are efficient, courteous, and friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion. My wife and I are so happy that we started using Royal Pools for our pool service and supplies.

I received the “Royal Treatment” from Royal Pools! I called Royal Pools to inquire about a last minute closing of our newly built pool at the end of the season. I spoke to Sandy, she was lovely to speak to and took the time to answer all my questions. Royal Pools was able to fit me in just a few days later! Jim, Will & Jackson came out and did a fantastic job. They took the time to ensure the pool was properly taken care of which gives me peace of mind going into the winter season. A pool is a big investment and Royal Pools gave our pool the care and consideration it deserves. Estimate, billing and instructions were all done online via email/text through Jobber. Very easy to understand and work through the process. Payment could be made online as well, which is convenient.

Jim and Will from Royal Pools came out today to do our pool closing. Super nice guys and they did a great job. Look forward to having them back in the spring to open the pool
