Recommended by my neighbor who received a prompt response and service all within a 24 hr turnaround time frame, which was super appreciated, as we were left in a lurch from our mutual lawn care guy, previously, who thought it was okay to leave for a month vacay, and not tell us. That said Beetle Service was two thumbs up & will be my lawn care company going forward. They transformed my jungle perfectly and reasonably!!! 5 stars

Reasonable prices, quotes over the phone .They are very professional. they did what I’ve asked and even came back after to finish . Update : they showed up unannounced, apparently the secretary just scheduled it with our confirmation , with out me scheduling the appointment. I had to come back from work to straighten it out because no one spoke inglish . After it raned few times I’ve noticed that there are holes next to my patio , in all the years we had never had this problem , even through hurricanes , I do believe they used an edger that is too harsh and it dug a trench now we have to fix it . I hope this review will help in fixing the problems for others . I do believe if you just want them to mow the grass it will be ok , but considering they have no training in trimming the different shrubs correctly I would not let them .

They were great! Needed someone ASAP, called a couple other businesses- but this business answered promptly and were out the next day. They even sent before and after pictures!! Have a variety of different ways I can pay which is super convenient and reasonable prices. I’m a fan.

I don’t know how they have such a high rating, could be from the reviews of people who are not even in the country, my experience with this company was horrendous, they may be good enough to mow a lawn but not do any other landscaping projects, they took a concrete project on and I had to pay double to get it fixed by another company, I’m currently exploring litigation options against this company as they were irresponsible, unprofessional, unaccountable and just a terrible experience from start to finish, please be wary of this company and their management who at times even went as far as pretending to not speak English, to summarize, when I tried to have them remediate, they invited me to “sue the company” a invitation I’m taking as they cost me thousands of dollars for taking on a job they were unequipped and inexperienced to complete. BEEWARE! Save yourself the headache, stress and money!
