I was driving on the interstate and a grey and white rv carrying a white GMC with the logo “D. RYAN TREE” was being hauled by this rv. The person apparently was trying to get over but did not indicate they wanted into my lane. No use of blinker or I would have made room. However, they decided to run me off the road onto the shoulder in the rumble strip where I had to come to almost a complete stop to avoid getting into a wreck. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and she was terrified. I would give 0 stars and contact the company, but more than likely the person driving this huge RV with the company truck is probably the owner so they don’t care and nothing will be done about this. I have pictures of the rv and the car with license plate info as well. I would call this company pretty unprofessional.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. They came to my house for the villa’s tree trimming. They had no regard for my property and lawn decorations. First they knocked over a small garden fence, and broke a light-up rose. At the time I thought it was merely kicked over, but when I went to pick it up later, I found that the stem was bent and broken. Then, I had to run outside when the branches they were trimming were landing in and around a flower garden of mine. The falling branches not only landed on a fence of mine, making the posts crooked, but they carelessly dragged the branches through my garden and the fence, causing more damage. When I got outside, I complained to them about what they were doing to my property. Instead of an apology, or trying to be more careful, one of them started yelling at me, calling me a liar, telling me to go back inside and that it was no big deal because “nothing’s broken”. He tried to show me that there was no problem by straightening one of the posts, but he was unable to do so. Now I have to wait until spring to fix it. Neither them nor the villa are taking responsibility for the damages.

If I could I would give D.RYAN and his team 10 stars! Yesterday they took care of both my home and my parents home. We were both delighted with service, from start to finish and both of our homes look great. The team was kind, responsive to our requests and cleaned up the yard once done. Happy with every thing.
