a month agoI’ve been using NLA for 3 years now. The first year they told me it would take a couple of seasons to get the best results. They were absolutely correct. My lawn looks and feels great. Visitors always compliment my lawn and I have given many referrals. Unlike the previous company I used, NLA does not flood my emails with pricy service recommendations and I have been very pleased with their customer service.

a year agoThis is my second time trying NaturaLawn. When I called them I specifically told them I left previously because I was disappointed they would show up with no notice. They promised to text before service this time around. Not only did they not text, they came on rainy days when all the chemicals would wash away. Then they would come on days with frost and say they couldn’t to the entire lawn yet had no problem charging full price. But today was the final straw. They showed up without notice and when I called to complain they packed up and left, which is fine. However they left no paperwork on what they put on my grass. I found HUGE clumps of yellow product all over my yard. My 4 month old puppy started eating it. I have no way of looking up the substance to see if it’s safe if ingested. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

a year agoDon’t give NaturaLawn your contact info. They will never stop harassing you with calls/texts. After a year of requesting that they stop contacting me, I still get unsolicited calls and texts

a year agoDisappointing. I gave them two years to turn my lawn around doing everything they recommend (including core aeration in the fall), but my back yard is full of crab grass — more than I have every seen. When I saw the technician at my last treatment, his response was that we use the yard to practice soccer (pointing to the soccer net) which causes the weeds. What? Total waste of money. I am switching to another company that my neighbors use. When I called to cancel the service, they were very apathetic about it…like this happens all the time attitude. No attempt to rectify or ask what the issues were.

2 years agoGenerally, I am not happy with the overall service. Aerated and seeded at the start of the year. This helped about half of the bare spots in the front of the year. Was unable to eliminate many of the weeds that we talked about at the beginning of the session in the back of my yard (stilt grass, wild violets) and didn’t handle the crab grass in front. I have a few large dead spots in front. I brought these issues to their attention several times. I shared these pictures with them.

2 years agoCustomer service has steadily decreased the past couple of years. We canceled our service plan.

2 years agomarketing, great. concept, great. logistics and actual application was almost non existent. They said applications were scheduled every 8 weeks or so. So I tried to be the one to schedule the next application and I couldn’t even do that. They said they will do it. So the 9th week, I called to cancel services and they called back to schedule. This happened twice. The best thing they did for me was refunding the rest of unused services.

2 years agoLook they are friendly and do worry about your lawn. But the treatment needs to be a little stronger for certain weeds.
