Damaged parts of our stair frame and baseboards. When I brought it up to Alan, the owner got very defensive and denied it. Bad customer service along old loud equipment. Six hours later, our carpet was still very wet when we were originally told it would be dry within 2 to 3 hours. I would not recommend them at all. Stay away!

Allen did a beautiful job cleaning the carpets in my home. I was surprised! he was very nice and on time. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned or repaired. He also got the job done faster than I expected. I have a lot of kids who make so many messes and stains all on the carpet and he was able to make them look brand new. Thank you so much Allen!

This guy is awesome! I had Allen clean my grout in my kitchen. It was a lot of hard work but he made it worth every penny for me! My floors look spectacular. He is also very kind and very communicative.
