Initially, my experience was pretty good, but over time I have recognized that I’m not really happy with the results. I had blade cutters come out and level the ground where an old patio and hot tub had been, as well as install buried drainage. the ground leveling is fine, very good actually, but I’m not happy with the communication about the drainage. We discussed where to terminate the buried downspouts, and I wanted them further back in the yard so they would not obstruct a path I planned to install. The day they installed them, they didn’t tell me they were coming until that morning (they sent a text). They showed up while I was at work and no one was home; and of course, they did not terminate the downspouts where we agreed, and installed them EXACTLY where I want other landscape features. It felt like they wanted to work behind my back so they didn’t have a home-owner watching. They did come back and fix them, but now there is a joint in the ground that roots can infiltrate and block up. A year later, I now realize that they also did not use perforated tubing, which they said they would, and so the end of my yard is a swamp because the water has no chance to inflitrate the ground along it’s route. In general, I just wanted more of a dialog — I’m not an expert and so if my request was a bad one I would have liked for them to help me undestand why and discuss alternatives. There just wasn’t a good dialog, which is the main reason for my low rating. I plan on actually pulling out the installed drainage and creating a dry creek bed myself. This experience has turned me off to the idea of buried drainage. What a waste of money and labor.

After speaking with owner about some problems we had going on in our yard, he was confident that his team could handle the job. Whoever is in charge of responding to customers should be fired. Been using their services for years. They put a hole in my intex pool and I have it all on video including one of the employees taking a picture of the hole. No note no knock on the door or even a phone call. Noticed it when I went to let my dog out. So after about 5 days took the pool down and tossed it. It was a metal frame intex pool. And about the 7th day get a voicemail saying I came to patch ur pool but it’s not there anymore. So now it’s been 3 weeks of calling emails voicemais. And still nothing. This isn’t how you should run your business. Had issues w the billing before so we had to get bank statements saying they cashed our checks when they said we didn’t pay but havnt had that issue for a while. If they are that hurting that can’t get me a new pool that’s about 800$ then they have problems

I signed up for weekly lawn service and seasonal fertilizing. The crew (1 guy) showed up this morning and fertilized my lawn. 5 hours later the cutting crew showed up and cut the lawn. My concern is all the fertilizer that was dropped at 10am this morning was blown away by the cutting crew 5 hours later. Guess that little blue flag to warn everyone that the lawn was fertilized didn’t do it’s job. It’s the second time this season it had happened.

Called up and asked for a quote. The lady called back and told me my duplex didn’t look like a duplex on google maps. Then called me to tell me that they wouldn’t put me on their route. I would have given them my business, but I guess they’re too good for my duplex yard.

There is places that are a few dollars cheaper, but you get what you pay for, I switched to blade cutters and they exceeded my expectations! The edging looks amazing!
