I love the retaining wall that was made on my property. The crew did a wonderful job cleaned up very nicely and fixed everything that need to be fixing thank you for a job well done.

I have been looking for a landscaping service. Today’s experience with a tall, angry, middle aged man driving a River’s Edge utility truck that cut me off on West River Drive this afternoond made me not want to have someone like him in my yard. His glare as he passed me was not necessary. I highly recommend All Season landscaping and plow services.

Went to my dentist where Riversedge was installing bark. I parked about 6 spaces away from their truck. When I left my appointment, my white truck was covered in dark colored bark dust. Just a word of advice, when you blow off a parking lot, you should blow off the vehicles as well. I am sure the gentlemen that was parked next to me with a Mercedes AMG wasn’t very thrilled either.

Rivers Edge has really done a great job for us. Late summer and fall the yard always looked great. Their plow service over the winter was done well and timely. They have already put down the spring fertilizer. We gladly signed up for our 7th season.

Have used Rivers Edge for our Private road association and also for my own private road. They have excellent price, and service in a very difficult industry. Keeping good help to work all night in dangerous conditions often does not produce great quality of work. I have found them to stand by their work. But you better book them fast, they fill up fast.

Service rep decided that I was not home without ringing or knocking on the door. Then, when I called accused me of being testy because I asked why he did not ring or knock. Then he said he would try to fit me in later….. That’s not how you should treat a repeat (several years) customer.

We won a contest where they fixed our yard for free (we had just moved in, we are actually very good at gardening and landscaping). They came in and ruined everything. They just threw sod strips on top of our current lawn…which was rock hard and all weeds. They didn’t till it or turn it, they didn’t put any soil down, nothing. They threw down wood chips over top of existing grass/weeds and said the grass would die underneath. It didn’t. It just grew through the wood chips until WE fixed it, took everything out, and did the bed correctly. They didn’t line or shape the edge of the bed or the sod with anything. It literally looked like wood chips thrown on top of jagged strips of sod. The sod also was a good 6-12″ on top of our driveway. The sod was also not uniform…so im guessing they just used different types of grass that were just leftover from other jobs. They also asked us way at the beginning if there were any plants we wanted. We gave them some things we wanted and didn’t want, and they totally disregarded it. They almost sounded appalled that we had any suggestions. Trust me, we were very grateful for the upcoming gift, but there were certain things we liked. Anyways, when they finally put the plants in, they were all cheap grasses and ugly leftover crap. They had no intention of ever using the plants we wanted. And then, just to keep our lawn from burning up and dying, we had to water it 2 hrs a day for the next 3 months. That stupid sod never took root and I think we are going to have to replace it. Do NOT go to rivers edge. They have no idea what they’re doing and they don’t care about you!
